Return & Refund Policy

At Rosie’s Wardrobe, we hope you love your new pieces as much as we do. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below before sending any items back.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

We do not accept returns on sale items, accessories, or custom orders.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability).

If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of your return.

Refunds

Rosie’s Wardrobe does not offer cash or card refunds.

Instead, a store credit will be provided for the value of your returned item, which you can use towards any future purchase.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rosieswardrobe.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a store credit once the item is returned and inspected.

How to Return

1.⁠ ⁠Email info@rosieswardrobe.com with your order number and reason for return.


2.⁠ ⁠Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.


3.⁠ ⁠Post your item back using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery.


4.⁠ ⁠Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 5–7 working days.
